Healing starts within ~
The lives we live & the choices we make are P O W E R F U L
We are integrating & understanding this on a much deeper level now with our current & previously existing crises
However, before Covid hit we were already in crisis on multiple levels .. just many of us turned a blind eye
Our hOMe, this planet ~ the physical part of our lives that connects us is no longer accepting our unhealthy, unsustainable ways of living
I believe this is our opportunity to return to living in harmony ~ the Earth is offering us an anchor
An anchor of reflection
of feedback
stating our inherent Reciprocity with her
Our ways of living that harm us, others & our Mother Earth
This is not isolated to the physical; capitalism, consumerism, the food we eat, our lifestyles, the products we buy but also,
the energetic & emotional; our patterns, disconnect & serious need for healing
The unsustainable lives we live are only possible due to the programming, disconnect & pain we inherit and unfortunately repeat unknowingly
When we start to heal it not only affects our lives & the people close to us but creates a ripple affect that can create real change; e v o l u t i o n
Our inter relatedness can be used for incredible change, great acts of good; for lives lived in harmony with all be•ings
How we live affects the Self, the Collective & the Earth
Look at the effect this current situation has had ~ visualise this but with a positive reaction
This time is asking us to reassess, to realise how we have been living was not and is not sustainable on every level
To realise the power of our actions ~ be it conscious or unconscious
We are starting to see clearly
To understand what truly matters
The beauty in simplicity
The magic of connection
The wisdom of nature
The knowledge, the power, the Love
~ It is all within you ~
We are the Collective
Together
~ we are One ~
